1. Set yourself objectives and goals

Remember that you must choose them both in the long and medium term. It is essential that they are achievable goals, otherwise you will become demotivated. Progressing little by little will not prevent you from seeing the progress of your trajectory, and you will feel that your strategy is getting good results.

2. Maintain an optimistic position and motivate yourself.

Don't let your mood or self-esteem drop for any reason! Learn to deal with criticism and approach it in a positive way. Learn to face difficulties with effort and fighting spirit, this way you will be better day by day.

3. Believe in yourself

Adopt an open attitude to take advantage of any opportunity that arises: Be creative, come up with solutions and develop the ability to work in a team, it will allow you to learn and grow professionally faster.

4. Lead a healthy life

Exercise and you will gain energy, practicing sports is essential in our lives, as is betting on a complete diet in nutrients, which keeps us alert and with our highest level of performance throughout the workday.

5. Plan ahead!

You will manage your time better and you will be able to achieve everything you set out to do. Keep an agenda or make a list of tasks to do on a daily or weekly basis. It is also essential that you are punctual and have good organizational skills (inside and outside work).

6. Activate your social life

Being an open and communicative person is one of the keys to success. Make new contacts, create new networks and be a dynamic and curious person. Remember that these contacts are essential for a successful career, and that 80% of job vacancies in companies are not posted on job boards, but work through a network of recommendations.

7. Avoid stress

Learn to delegate tasks, take breaks and disconnect from your professional tasks. Stress affects a large number of workers and is the second cause of sick leave in Spain. Therefore, it is essential that you do not remain in constant tension and know how to appreciate the rewards and small professional achievements every day. They are what will lead you to success.

8. Establish priorities in your activities

Both professional and personal activities. It is essential to know how to prioritize, and you must understand that you cannot cover everything: select what is really important to achieve your goals.

9. Keep yourself in constant learning

Learn to listen and always consider the vision of others. Don't underestimate the perspectives of your colleagues, and get the most out of every project in which you participate.

You look good John. You have to enjoy life, every minute, and as for the problems or the stones we find on the way, everything has a solution except death, everything has a solution. 😍😍
