    Salary: $70K per year, plus commission

    Job Summary:

    To drive sales growth and enhance Marcal Paper's value-added proposition **in North Carolina** by identifying and securing new end-user opportunities with existing distributions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to developing and executing sales strategies to meet sales targets **in the North Carolina area**.
    • Identify potential customers and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and field visits.
    • Deliver product presentations and demos to potential clients.
    • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with current distribution channels, including Sales Management, distributor sales representatives, and key end-users.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.
    • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales plans.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities for identifying new business prospects.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales tasks and client interactions in the CRM system.

    Requirements:

    • Preferably hold a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 0-1 years of sales experience, particularly in outside sales or a relevant role.
    • Recent college graduates are welcome to apply.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-driven with a solid work ethic and the ability to work autonomously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned region (60% travel expected).
    • Should be capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
    • Hold a valid State Driver's License.

    Performance Expectations:

    • Meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.
    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Marcal Paper's products and services.
    • Establish a strong pipeline of potential customers and monitor progress.
    • Regularly update the Regional Sales Manager on sales activities and achievements.
