- Perform field surveys of rooms and equipment in new and existing buildings.
- Use of 360 cameras, Matterport cameras and iPad/cell phones in the data collection process.
- Accessing equipment at various heights, using ladders and lifts as needed (training provided)
- Adherence to all safety rules on job sites.
- Formatting of data collected, using tools like MS Excel, MS Access, etc.
- Using constructions drawings to locate/identify rooms/equipment on the job sites.
- Other duties as assigned

- AAS in Architectural/Mechanical Design
- Or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions of Technical Consultants
- Ability to travel, approximately 60% of job locations will require travel
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access and other data formatting/processing tools
- Proficiency with MS Project, MS Visio
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks
- Ability to read engineering/construction drawings
- Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines for construction sites
