    Overview:
    We are seeking a creative and strategic-minded individual to join our team as an In-House Social Media Manager.

    This role is based in our Fruit Heights, UT office and will primarily focus on content creation and community building across various social media platforms.

    The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms.

    As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for curating engaging content, fostering meaningful interactions, and cultivating a vibrant online community around our brand.


    Responsibilities:

    Content Creation:
    Develop compelling and visually appealing content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) tailored to each social media platform.
    Work closely with our CEO to promote founder-forward content that promotes our brand values.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to execute a content calendar aligned with overarching brand goals and promotional campaigns.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

    Community Building:
    Cultivate and nurture a positive and engaged community of followers across all social media channels.
    Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering meaningful interactions.
    Implement strategies to increase follower engagement, including contests, polls, and interactive posts.

    Brand Voice & Identity:


    Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media platforms, ensuring messaging aligns with brand values and objectives.

    Develop and enforce social media guidelines and best practices to maintain brand integrity.

    Analytics & Reporting:


    Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, follower growth) and provide regular reports to track the effectiveness of social media efforts.

    Use data insights to optimize content strategies and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    Collaboration & Coordination:


    Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, sales, and customer service, to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.

    Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and agencies as needed for collaborative content initiatives.


    Qualifications:


    Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization, with a focus on content creation and community engagement.

    Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and community initiatives.
    Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
