    **Description**

    The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for new account development and increasing sales within existing specialty accounts in an assigned portfolio. The Inside Sales Manager will drive sales through new account solicitation, product solicitations, new product launches and sales promotions focused on achieving sales targets and company objectives.

    **What Youll Do**

    Proactively contact customers through outgoing calls and emails; actively sell and support new and existing small to mid-size independent retailers.

    Utilize sales and inventory reports to identify licenses and products to solicit your customers.

    Identify and grow opportunities with clientele and collaborate with Sales Management to ensure strategic growth attainment plan.

    Participate in continued education/training to learn about new and existing product lines and improve sales techniques; be a trusted advisor on all things Funko.

    Maintain high customer satisfaction with assigned portfolio.

    Point person for quotes and/or sales order data entry into the ERP system.

    Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction resulting in increased productivity and achieving quarterly incentive goals.

    Reach out to customer to: upsell, give new product updates, communicate company promotions, order updates.

    Prepare quarterly and annual sales forecasts for all assigned accounts.

    Create and deliver presentations tailored to your customers long term business needs.

    Manage customer relationships within Zendesk Sell (CRM system)

    **What Youll Bring**

    Must have strong listening and communication skills, written and verbal.

    3-5 years in sales support or administration for retail or business customers, preferably in the consumer product industry

    1 year selling to 3rd tier customers

    History of successful conflict-resolution and de-escalation of issues with customers

    Attention to detail is a must.

    Project-oriented, pro-active, creative and self-motivated work style.

    Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects amid changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering superior results within given deadlines.

    Exceptional organization and time management skills.

    Demonstrated client services focus with a proven track record in selling and/or customer service.

    Two (2) or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the areas of Sales Coordination or Project Coordination.

    Proficiency with MS Office Suite Associates.

    Degree from accredited college or technical school preferred.

    **Work Environment**

    Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. Moderate physical activity required. This position will routinely have to move and lift up to 10 pounds and on an occasional basis lift up to 25 pounds.
