  • Supporting the implementation of national sales concepts
  • Assortment design and implementation of advertising and sales measures
  • Supporting the management of sales, costs, and inventory development
  • Ensuring flawless management of the merchandise business
  • Responsible for compliance with legal and company regulations
  • Implementation of quality management and professional customer consultation
  • Contact person for market employees, personnel deployment planning

What convinces us:

  • Professional training as a merchant, preferably in the food retail sector, or a comparable education is desirable
  • Ideally, professional experience as a shift leader / department manager in sales/retail
  • Business knowledge
