    Description
    A national communications organization is seeking a *Customer Service Representative *in Fayetteville, NC. The ideal candidate has an outgoing, motivated personality and enjoys customer interaction This is a temp-to-hire, onsite position.


    The role will included troubleshooting and radio programming done from the computer and will involve heavy interaction on the phone and emailing with customers and sales reps.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent customer service for customers and sales reps
    • Manage multi-line phone system
    • Receive, create, and review work tickets for repairs
    • Handle inventory control and inventory audits
    • Process and track warranty claims
    • Process billing statements and payments
    • Perform various administrative office tasks
    • Troubleshoot equipment over the phone for customers

    Qualifications:

    • Associate degree preferred
    • Accounts receivable and purchasing experience, a plus
    • Strong typing and computer skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Professionalism and high attention to detail

    Benefits & Compensation:
    * $18-20 hourly, based on experience
