Description

A national communications organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Fayetteville, NC. The ideal candidate has an outgoing, motivated personality and enjoys customer interaction This is a temp-to-hire, onsite position.

The role will included troubleshooting and radio programming done from the computer and will involve heavy interaction on the phone and emailing with customers and sales reps.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service for customers and sales reps
Manage multi-line phone system
Receive, create, and review work tickets for repairs
Handle inventory control and inventory audits
Process and track warranty claims
Process billing statements and payments
Perform various administrative office tasks
Troubleshoot equipment over the phone for customers

Qualifications:

Associate degree preferred
Accounts receivable and purchasing experience, a plus
Strong typing and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professionalism and high attention to detail

Benefits & Compensation:

$18-20 hourly, based on experience
Temp-to-hire
Health benefits and full benefit package once permanent
