    Title: Sr. Compensation Analyst

    Onsite Location: Bedford, Massachusetts

    Required: US Citizenship and Residency

    W2 Contract Only

    NO C2C / NO 1099 / NO Third Parties

    Hourly Rate: $40 - $50.30 DOE with limited benefits

    within an organization?

    Geologics is looking for Senior Compensation Analyst to work directly with the Director of Total Rewards and be responsible for supporting compensation initiatives and programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in administering the base salary, bonus, and equity programs. We are looking for a candidate who is strong analytically and is detailed oriented. The role will interface closely with the HR Delivery and Talent Acquisition teams while providing hands on support the Director of Total Rewards in all areas of compensation.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree is required
    • 5+ years' experience in compensation or a related field, CCP certification is preferred.
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, and complex functions. Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data.
    • In-depth understanding of regulations and requirements under FLSA, multi-state pay equity laws, and other areas of compensation compliance.
    • Experience supporting compensation systems and reporting tools. Workday experience is a PLUS.
    • Experience using Radford survey is a PLUS
    • Highly detail driven with emphasis on accuracy
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Proficient with compensation research and data analysis
    • Will be highly organized, and be nimble to work in a fast paced, changing environment and confident to work independently, as well as being a strong team player.
    Duties and responsibilities:
    • Coordinate Support the Director of Total Rewards on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new programs.
    • Manage our salary survey submission process, including data submission to the survey house.
    • Participate in ad-hoc compensation surveys and provide insight into the survey finding to key stakeholders.
    • Manage salary structure creation and maintenance
    • Assist in ongoing management and deployment of the company's job structure including the review and creation of new jobs.
    • Administer the ongoing maintenance and creation of job families, job profiles, and compensation grade profiles within Workday, including providing guidance to HR and the business.
    • Serve as the analytical point of contact for programs such as compensation reviews, market analysis, and special projects.
    • Serve as lead in preparing data for proxy, equal pay analysis, and other key program areas.
    • Partner with the Global GHR Business Partner team in support of compensation related matters including the annual compensation process/programs.
    • Work closely with our talent acquisition team in supporting or recruiting efforts, including guidance and support on offers.
    • Work closely with the HR technology team to support the integrity of our compensation plans and data.
    • Consult with HR Business Partners and management on job evaluations using market data and internal data and evaluations.
    • Work with the compensation team and legal to ensure compliance with all compensation, regulatory requirements including the Fair Labor Standards ACT (FLSA) and pay equity laws.
