Compensation Analyst - Groton, United States - General Dynamics Electric Boat
Description
Overview:
- Research appropriate job descriptions
- Ensure equitable internal and external compensation rates
- Interpret state and federal laws regulating compensation practices
- Support all compensation special requests and emergent project work
- Brief and educate supervision and salaried employees on compensation policies and practices
- Building consensus with Sr. Leadership on compensation initiatives and developing a strategic roadmap for implementation
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR or Compensation related role
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or HR
Skills:
Skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong analytical skill and financial background
- Must be able to multitask effectively and efficiently.
