Position Summary:

The role is responsible for assessing and performing analysis on collected wage data as well as preparing wage and salary data to facilitate compensation and management functions within EG America.


Responsibilities:


  • Evaluates current salaries across all functions of the business
  • Conducts market analysis to determine competitive positioning
  • Gathers data to complete market data surveys
  • Audits and recommends changes to salary structures and position classifications
  • Assists management with compensation issues
  • Facilitates annual merit and review processes
  • Develops reporting to assist management

Working Relationships:
All levels of management across the organization

Minimum Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Human Resources or related field

Minimum Experience:
Strong computer skills. Advanced level skill set with Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Experience: 2-4 years in Finance or Human Resources with strong analytic duties


Soft Skills:

  • Comfortable talking and interacting with others
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail and process oriented

Physical Requirement:
Ability to stand/walk/ sit as needed during work day.

Hours & Conditions:
This position requires reporting to the office three times per week with an option
for a hybrid work schedule of two days per week from a home office. The hybrid work flexibility is up to department managers discretion and requires LST approval.
