    **Warehouse Manager**

    Kent

    45-50k

    Leading the Warehousing and Distribution teams for a busy fast paced food manufacturer your main responsibilities will be:

    Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.

    Leading operational strategy in line with wider business objectives.

    Owning the entire warehouse process from goods-in to goods-out.

    Coordinating activities between the warehouse and production.

    Planning, scheduling and reviewing workloads and manpower to make sure all products are delivered on time in full.

    Manage daily KPIs

    Owning the inventory management process

    Ensuring all machinery and equipment is being used efficiently, and strategising on any new processes as required.

    Communicating with warehouse operatives and production departments to ensure a smooth transition between both operations.

    Audit suppliers or manage internal audits.

    Undertake long-term projects with other departments, such as reducing waste by improving efficiency.

    Build relationships with suppliers and customers.

    This role is very hands on therefore successful candidates will have the appropriate mechanical handling certificates and experience of working within a high pressure environment and working to strict deadlines.
