    Warehouse Manager
    Kent
    45-50k
    Leading the Warehousing and Distribution teams for a busy fast paced food manufacturer your main responsibilities will be:

    • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
    • Leading operational strategy in line with wider business objectives.
    • Owning the entire warehouse process from goods-in to goods-out.
    • Coordinating activities between the warehouse and production.
    • Planning, scheduling and reviewing workloads and manpower to make sure all products are delivered on time in full.
    • Manage daily KPIs
    • Owning the inventory management process
    • Ensuring all machinery and equipment is being used efficiently, and strategising on any new processes as required.
    • Communicating with warehouse operatives and production departments to ensure a smooth transition between both operations.
    • Audit suppliers or manage internal audits.
    • Undertake long-term projects with other departments, such as reducing waste by improving efficiency.
    • Build relationships with suppliers and customers.

    This role is very hands on therefore successful candidates will have the appropriate mechanical handling certificates and experience of working within a high pressure environment and working to strict deadlines.
