    We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our regional Charlotte office and manage the local area territories.

    Base salary, uncapped commission, and bonus, with projected first-year earnings between $56,000 and $70,000Company-issued car that can be used for personal use, along with a fuel card, insurance, and maintenance coverage includedCompany-issued cell phone and tablet deviceComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a matching 401k, paid time off, and paid holidaysAs an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:Being the main point of contact for client concerns, needs and requestsBuilding and strengthening client relationships to establish long-term partnerships and achieve KPIsEngaging with customers on-site on a daily basisProviding coaching and support to our franchise owners for business developmentCoordinating the start-up of new accountsDeveloping a deep understanding of our services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to existing customersTo qualify for this position, you should have:A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in account management, customer service, or salesA stable work historyExceptional relationship management and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailPlease note that successful completion of a background check, education verification, and reference checks are required before employment.
