    Description

    Conscious Health, part of the Montare Behavioral Health family is current hiring Care Coordinators for our Outpatient Facility in Los Angeles

    Availability / Schedule:

    • Full Time: Monday - Friday, 9am - 530pm

    General duties:
    • Help the clinic with operating medical equipment (certification provided), intake, discharge, outcome measurements and other office and patient needs as well as collaborating with medical professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients.
    • Commitment to quality standards and dependable to maintain hours on schedule
    • Informing new and potential patients about S-ketamine, TMS and Biofeedback modalities and assistance with providing the mentioned services for mood, stress and anxiety disorders.
    • Keep medications secure
    • Maintain notes and appointments for patient services provided
    • Keep area sanitized and tidy
    • Monitor vital signs and EEG readings
    • Dress professional and strict adherence to patient-provider boundaries
    • Hold space for patients undergoing emerging medication sessions and lend an ear to patients when needs/concerns arise.
    • Answering phone calls
    Qualifications:
    • experience and interest in being a healthcare provider
    • understanding of HIPAA and the importance of patient confidentiality
    • interest in psychology and emerging medications to treat disorders such as MDD, GAD and PTSD
    • empathetic and approachable
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Bachelors Degree (preferred) or comparable Certification


    Pre-Employment Requirements

    1. Hiring is contingent upon completion of a background check, TB test, and clearance on a drug screen and pre-employment physical. Clean driving record and current first aid and CPR certification or willing to obtain upon hire. Additional requirements includereceiving DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance or an exemption and a submission of a signed Criminal Record Statement (LIC 508). Clean Background is a must.
