Job Overview:_

Conducts, intakes, and coordinates all social services case referrals including case assignments and resources to students and families.

Key Responsibilities_
- _Assists the CARE Department in the coordination of Harmony Project's supportive services_
- _Maintains ongoing communication with program staff and teaching artists adhering to important deadlines_
- _Contacts and follows up with parents, students, and families_
- _Follow up with prospective clients _
- _Record all incoming referrals and intakes_
- _Coordinate and assign counselor and/or CARE services_
- _Manage tracking of client status_
- _Maintain updated notes on all student databases with attention to detail _
- _Publish weekly and monthly content with updated resources _

Administrative Tasks_
- _Maintains an uncompromising commitment to 100% client confidentiality_
- _Offer support and provide consultation to program staff and Teaching Artists on supportive services_
- _Coordinate all technical needs and issues with IT (Data) Department_
- _Coordinate day-to-day running of the Harmony Project CARE Department_
- _Manage and oversee client intake and database_
- _Manage and maintain client files and archives_
- _Manage CARE Calendar to update events, workshops, and related activities_
- _Collaborate with CARE staff to develop policies and procedures as necessary_
- _Attend community meetings and networking opportunities _
- _Coordinate on-boarding of new staff, and/or interns_
- _Provide orientation on all logistics of working at Harmony Project_
- _Attend required meetings including, weekly CARE team meetings, program meetings, and bi-weekly HP staff meetings_
- _Assist the CARE team with developing new innovative social justice and anti-racist oriented practices and relationships_
- _Assist the CARE team with facilitating workshop content and developing outreach materials_
- _Proficiency in organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving._
- _Ability to be flexible, and work effectively - independently or in a team environment._
- _Other tasks as assigned based on the needs of the organization_

Required Qualifications and Skills_
- _Spanish proficiency desired_
- _Bachelor's Degree in a related field_
- _Experience working with underserved communities_
- _Ability to represent Harmony Project values such as commitment, community, collaboration, respect, responsibility, integrity, and sustainability_
- _Maintain professional communication with all team members and stakeholders_
- _Aid in promoting a harmonious, collaborative, and positive work environment_
- _Ability to work in person, at the main office, and/or at different sites_
- _Fluency in all Microsoft Office programs (Office, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace apps (Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, etc.)._
- _Working knowledge of Slack, Monday, Canva, Mailchimp, and CANVA._

Physical Requirements_
- _Must be able to remain stationary for prolonged periods._
- _Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds._

Additional Requirements_
- _A valid driver's license and proof of valid automobile insurance._
- _A reliable means of transportation._
- _Flexible work schedule to include some weekends, weeknights, and holidays._


Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
