    Description


    The program controls business analyst is responsible for providing analytical support to the program management office (PMO) and ensuring that the program objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and risks are aligned and tracked.

    WHO YOU ARE

    You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field and at least three years of experience in project management, program controls, or business analysis.

    You're proficient with Microsoft Office.
    You have strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Having high attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
    You're able to work independently and as part of a team.


    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    You'll review contractor and/or sub consultant invoices.
    You'll maintain processing of invoices in PMIS (Orion).
    You'll provide funding distribution attachments to invoices.
    You'll resolve invoicing issues with contractors as needed.
    You'll monitor funding availability to support invoicing.
