Description
Responsible for analyzing, coordinating, and synthesizing requirements in the form of Epics and User stories.

  • Understanding and defining project scope and requirements
  • Translating business requirements into use cases, activity or flow diagrams
  • Performing business research to identify gaps between current state and future vision
  • Conducting meetings and sessions with stakeholders and enterprise experts to provide insight based on business context and needs
  • Bachelor in Technology or Business Administration with 3 years experience in project management, business process analysis, or operations/systems analysis OR 5 years experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • PC proficiency to include but not limited to MS Office (i.e Excel)
  • Experience with multiple full lifecycle software projects with strong understanding of how each phase fits into the overall lifecycle.
  • Experience in using requirements management tools, such as JIRA or Rally
  • Experience with business modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio
  • Experience with Data Analysis and working with various data formats like JSONs and XMLs
  • Solid Facilitation, Presentation and Leadership skills
  • Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
  • Familiarity with business process design and aiding the highlevel and details business process design efforts with assistance of the stakeholders and end users.
  • Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization, and problemsolving skills; strong oral, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback.
  • Plans work, carries out tasks even without detailed instructions, and prepares for problems or opportunities in advance.
  • Anticipates how individuals and groups will react to situations and plans accordingly.
  • Analytical and information synthesis skills.
  • Experience with changing assignments and priorities in a fastpaced environment

From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Experience:

Healthcare Claims: 2 years (required)
