Woran Sie zukünftig mitwirken werden:
Präzise Steuerung der kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Demand-Planning-Prozesse im Rahmen unseres Integrated-Business-Planning-Prozesses
Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Analyse von Absatzentwicklungen und Auftragseingängen zur frühzeitigen Identifikation von Trends und daraus folgend Anpassung der Bedarfspläne
Entwicklung und Erstellung zuverlässiger Prognosen und Forecasts
Sorgfältige Überwachung von Plan-/Ist-Zahlen, Erstellung aussagekräftiger KPIs und ggf. Anpassung der Bedarfspläne
Effektive Koordination und Kommunikation als Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Logistik, Customer Service und Supply Chain, um eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit und optimale Produktverfügbarkeit sicherzustellen
Mitarbeit an Bestands- und Prozessoptimierungsprojekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Abläufe
Wodurch Sie uns begeistern:
Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain / Materialwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain / Materialwirtschaft / Bedarfsplanung oder Forecastplanung, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern im Unternehmen zu agieren und eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit sicherzustellen
Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, um Herausforderungen frühzeitig zu identifizieren und zu meistern
Flexibilität, sich an sich verändernde Bedingungen anzupassen und schnell reagieren zu können
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
