Als Senior Demand Planner beobachtest du Veränderungen im Verbraucherverhalten und im Produktlebenszyklus, führst proaktiv Markttrendanalysen und unterstützt damit die Erstellung eines realistischen Absatzplans. Der/die Positionsinhaber*in ist Teil des Vertriebsteams und arbeitet eng mit Vertriebs- und Marketingfunktionen zusammen. Darüber hinaus ist der Koordinationsprozess mit unserem globalen Hauptsitz in Italien Teil des gesamten Prozessmanagements. Dich erwarten spannende Aufgaben:

Verantwortung der genauen Bereitstellung und effektiven Kommunikation der monatlichen S&OP-Prognosen, einschließlich Annahmen, Risiken und Chancen Bewertungen auf SKU-Ebene und Bereitstellung der Planwerte innerhalb des Demand Planning Systems

Zusammenarbeit mit den wichtigsten Stakeholdern (intern, extern und HQ in Italien), um sicherzustellen, dass die Bedarfsplanung für Deutschland & Österreich auf oder über den vereinbarten Zielwerten liegt

Überwachung und Analyse von S&OP-KPIs, Ergreifen von Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Gewährleistung von permanenten Verbesserungen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Supply Chain Manager, sowie Weiterleitung der richtigen Informationen zur Bereitstellung eines optimalen Service-, Belieferungs- und Lagerniveaus

Kontinuierliche Analyse und proaktive Optimierung der Prozesse, um die Qualität der Bedarfsprognose und durchgängige Prozesskonsistenz sicherzustellen

So machst du als Teamplayer den Unterschied:

Hochschulabschluss in Betriebs- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung

Kenntnisse der breiteren E2E-Lieferkette innerhalb der Konsumgüterbranche

Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und anderen Unternehmensplanungstools, sowie mit fortschrittlichen Bedarfsplanungstools, z. B. Blue Yonder Demand Planning Tool

Fähigkeit, mit konkurrierenden Prioritäten sowie mit einem hohen Maß an Genauigkeit umzugehen und dennoch termingerecht zu liefern

Erfahrung in der funktionsübergreifenden Arbeit in einer komplexen Matrixorganisation die eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und effektives Beziehungsmanagement mit sich bringen

Kommunikationstalent in Deutsch und Englisch
