    Description
    Job DescriptionIn this position you will:Produce demand planning scenarios for specific key CustomersEnsure timely research of forecasts and actuals to allow real-time purchase or disposal of assets in an efficient and cost-effective mannerManage demand planning duties including forecasting future product demand, analyzing lifecycle asset flow, liaising with key Customers to manage New Product introduction, SKU management, and End of Life PlanningYou will be responsible for:Developing demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregationReviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, developing statistical forecast models, and evaluating forecast resultsCoordinating cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptionsUtilizing a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecastsManaging and maintaining the demand planning process including updating relevant spreadsheets and databasesProviding input to the wider Centre of Excellence (COE) organization in developing inventory strategies globally on existing assets, new products, and product phase-outsMaster data creation, mapping, and managementDeveloping and maintaining working relationships with internal and external suppliers and CustomersCompiling and issuing weekly and monthly KPI reportsRecommending purchase order placement and working in conjunction with Asset Management teamAssisting and supporting in developing new ways of working as the business expandsFor you to be successful, we expect you to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies:Customer focus: Demonstrates a customer-centric mindset by prioritizing customer needs and addressing concerns with a sense of urgencyCollaborative: Offers support and contributes to the delivery of shared goalsCommunication: Communicates clearly and actively listens to othersAdaptable: Adapts to changes quickly, flexibly, and easilyYou will require the following qualifications and skills:Min 5 years experience of working Operations or Supply Chain within the Telecommunication industryStrong analytical skills and logical decision-making experienceGood financial acumen and understanding of P&L managementProven Account management skills & strong interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English)Ability to work methodically with attention to detailCan-do proactive attitude with the determination to see through changeAbility to work effectively across a complex matrix organization and establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders#J-18808-Ljbffr
