Ihre Tätigkeit:
Ermittlung, Prüfung und Validierung der kurz-, mittel- und langfristig zu erwartenden Absatzprognosen auf der Basis von Vergangenheitswerten und in zeitnaher Abstimmung mit den Vertriebseinheiten der Ländergesellschaften
Initiierung, Steuerung und Moderation aller Abstimmungsrunden zur Absatzplanung auf DACH-Ebene unter Einbeziehung aller relevanten internen Stakeholder
Laufender Abgleich des Auftragseingangs und der Absatzplanung und gegebenenfalls Veranlassung korrektiver Maßnahmen in enger Abstimmung mit allen Beteiligten auf regionaler und globaler Ebene
Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung des Demand-Planning-Prozesses und der dazugehörigen Planungsmodule
Mitwirkung in regionalen und globalen Projekten als Vertretung der DACH-Region in allen Belangen und Themen des Demand Plannings bzw. Forecastings auf globaler Ebene
Pflege der relevanten Stammdaten in den Planungsmodulen
Ihr Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Demand Planning / Materialwirtschaft mit vergleichbarem Aufgabenspektrum auf nationaler oder regionaler Ebene, idealerweise in einem international operierenden Unternehmen
Hervorragende ERP-Kenntnisse mit Fokus auf Planungsmodulen, vorzugsweise SAP
Sehr gutes Know-how im Umgang mit MS Office und analyseorientierten Anwendungsprogrammen
Ausgezeichnete kommunikative sowie Problemlösungs- und Sozialkompetenz im Umgang mit Gesprächspartnern aus unterschiedlichen hierarchischen Ebenen und Funktionen
Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
Ausgeprägtes proaktives Denken und Handeln, gepaart mit hoher Markt- und Kundenorientierung
Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
