    Are you ready to make your mark in the fast-paced world of FMCG? Our client, a prominent player in the industry, is seeking a talented Demand Planner to join their team in Dusseldorf.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop demand plans using statistical forecasts enriched by insights from commercial teams, spanning operational and tactical horizons.

    Anticipate and respond to business dynamics, incorporating factors like NPD, promotions, seasonality, and events into demand plans.

    Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including service level, waste reduction, and forecast accuracy with a PDCA mindset.

    Collaborate closely with stakeholders, particularly sales and supply planning teams, on a daily basis.

    Contribute to organizational improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional projects to enhance S&OP maturity.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree

    in logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

    2-3 years

    of proven experience in FMCG, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation Planning.

    Proactive attitude with strong analytical skills.

    Customer-focused approach with the ability to act swiftly and decisively.

    Demonstrated responsibility and initiative in driving change.

    Excellent communication skills, adept at managing time pressure and adapting to changing priorities.

    Knowledge of SAP, MicroStrategy, MS Office, and planning/dashboarding software preferred.

    Fluent in English.
