    Macauley Technologies is a high-end smart home automation team based in Austin, Texas. We pride ourselves on treating our people well and as a result have very low employee turnover and high job satisfaction. We are looking to hire an individual to assist our team of Sales Executives; to support them with in-office administrative tasks. In this role, you will provide overall support and coordination to maximize efficiency. We want to invest in someone who is looking to be challenged and grow their career with us.     While a substantial background in supporting a team of Executives is strongly preferred, aptitude and attitude are what we value most. Essential qualities for this role are:

    Assist in daily administrative tasks by working directly with the Sales Executive Team, these include:
    • Maintain processes that ensure success across key inter-departments.
    • Manage the Sales Executives Schedules and assist in client scheduling.
    • Ensure smooth operation of ongoing projects by structuring tasks/responsibilities.
    • Communicate with clients, to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled.
    • Assist with gathering documentation and information for builders, clients & technicians.
