  • Job Summary The Billing Team Lead maintains a basic knowledge of all office functions and responsibility for facilitating communication and completing work assignments. Communicates in a professional manner with consumers and staff. Utilizes abilities as a leader to guide team to reach department goals. The Billing Team Lead assists with all facets of hospital billing process. This position is responsible for attaining and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of billing regulations and guidelines by carriers. Has a basic knowledge of all office functions and is responsible for completing work assignments efficiently resulting in the desired reduction of outstanding accounts receivable.
