    Summary of Position:

    This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a sales Mentor who will support your growth and help attain your financial and career milestones. Your dedication will be duly recognized. Apart from a fixed base salary, you will have the chance to earn commissions based on performance. Ideal for individuals aspiring to kickstart or advance their careers.

    The Sales Representative will actively engage with customers and prospects, conducting external sales for the full range of products, from corrugated goods to tubes, envelopes, packaging supplies, foam products, and more.


    Essential Functions:

    • Identify potential customers and actively pursue new sales opportunities.
    • Build robust relationships with both new and existing clients, offering top-notch customer service to drive initial purchases and repeat business.
    • Acquire an in-depth understanding of various packaging materials, designs, and customization choices to effectively propose suitable solutions.
    • Comprehend customer requirements and deliver customized packaging solutions tailored to their specific needs.
    • Prepare and deliver pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify fresh prospects and sustain a competitive advantage.
    • Establish and achieve sales targets within assigned territories and accounts.
    • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as design, production, and logistics to ensure seamless order completion and customer contentment.
    • Provide sales reports to management, detailing sales activity, market trends, and factors influencing sales.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • Minimum of 2 years' sales experience
    • Demonstrated track record of goal surpassing
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Customer-centric mindset
    • Friendly, confident, and engaging demeanor
    • Thrives in dynamic environments
    • Positive, goal-driven attitude
    • Readiness to take bold initiatives and learn from setbacks
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Technical expertise in corrugated, foam, plastic, and packaging materials
    • Familiarity with packaging equipment and operations

    Preferred:

    • Associate degree or B.S. in Business Administration or related field
    • Prior experience in the packaging industry
