Good news 1WorldSync is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join our team at our Chicago headquarters location. 1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 700 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we're seeking an Implementation Project Manager to support our growing global team. Reporting directly to our Manager, Implementation, the Implementation Project Manager will collaborate closely with a Technical Implementation Consultant and engage with both internal and external teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. This role will provide oversight, adhering to best practices, and ensuring the seamless implementation of the PowerReviews solution. The Implementation Project Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience. As Implementation Project Manager at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
    • Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of the PowerReviews platform.
    • Document project scope and customer requirements using our comprehensive project management toolkit.
    • Develop and maintain client timelines based on project scope and requirements.
    • Proactively identify project roadblocks and orchestrate cross-functional teams to resolve issues swiftly.
    • Provide expert consultation to clients on industry and platform best practices.
    • Stay up-to-date on 1WorldSync solutions and trends within the e-commerce industry.
    Required Skills and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
    • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing project management role at a software or technology company.
    Desired Skills and Experience:
    • Proven track record of successfully driving projects to completion, on time, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
    • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to convey technical requirements to non-technical users effectively.
    • Highly organized, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript (or equivalent), CSS, and related web technologies is a plus.

    Additional Details:
    • This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Chicago headquarters location.
    • This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US.
    • This position requires up to 5% travel.
