• Lead project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
• Manage project implementation ensuring all deadlines are met
• Utilize project management tools such as Buildtrend or Basecamp to track progress
• Communicate project status to stakeholders regularly
• Implement Agile methodologies for efficient project execution
• Present project updates and reports to senior management
• Provide project engineering expertise to resolve technical issues
• Demonstrate strong project leadership skills to motivate and guide the team effectively
• Manage project risks and issues proactively
• Oversee team management activities ensuring collaboration and productivity

• Experience in Estimating, Field Measuring and preparation of Contracts
• Proven experience in project management with a focus on successful delivery
• Proficiency in using project management software like Buildtrend or Basecamp
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project execution
• Ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving project goals
