This position is part of the Project Management team and
will either be hybrid (on-site at least 3 days a week) or fully remote, depending on your proximity to the office (living within 30mi will be hybrid). You will be a part of the Project Management Team and report to the Manager, Project Management responsible for driving projects to completion by coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring that all departments are accountable for deliverables while meeting delivery deadlines for development projects and manufacturing campaigns across all service levels for Aldevron clients.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Act as a critical point of contact for clients by leading project team meetings, ensuring follow-up of actions items, and escalating issues when required.
  • Use critical thinking to proactively identify project barriers, generate solutions to problems and/or escalate issues internally and externally as required.
  • Maintain project documentation including project plan timelines, status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Effectively communicate and interact with internal and external teams providing project updates, changes in project scope, timing, or requirements while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Identify opportunities for, contribute to, and lead training and/or process improvement initiatives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • B.S. or B.A. required; life sciences degree highly preferred.
  • Prefer 35 years of experience in project management required.
  • Experience managing clientfacing projects required.
  • Experience in a regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical field or CDMO strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of GMP product manufacturing from initiation through release capabilities preferred

This role may include up to 15% travel.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
