    Description

    We are looking for a Market Research Analyst to support our marketing and development department with marketing and other various types of research. This position will require you to assist the marketing and development team in data collection and analysis along with supporting various other projects within the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Responsibilities

    • Researches and analyzes market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of products.
    • Develop category insights; research and analyze market trends and competitive environment
    • Coordinate social media channels to engage targeted consumers; promote brand growth; act as a liaison across social media channels
    • Identifies and defines the objective of an assigned marketing research project; determines the best methods to use to meet those objectives
    • Coordinates and organizes research materials and communications.
    • Identifies trends and patterns in market research data in order to make informed and intelligent planning decisions.
    • Researches and compiles data related to current environmental attributes, product market, customer demographics and interest, and factors influencing product demand; analyzes results to identify ways of maximizing sales and market penetration
    • Compiles data related to competitors offerings such as pricing, sales, and marketing or distribution methodology
    • Summarizes and analyzes data; makes recommendations related to research findings
    • Reports findings, complete with graphs illustrating data and written text explaining complex findings to management and/or executive leadership
    • Forecasts and tracks industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data
    • Partake in general office duties including but not limited to cleaning, filing, typing, copying, faxing, etc.
    • Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Requirements

    • 5 years of experience in related fields.
    • Must be well organized, detail oriented.
    • Superior research and analytical skills
    • Ability to multi-task and manage projects.
    • Must be a quick learner and problem-solver.
    • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and interact effectively with all levels of management and other teammates.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of ALL information.
    • Have a professional and respectful attitude toward everyone
    • Self-directed and results-oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.

    Salary: $70,000

    Experience:

    • BA in Business Administration or Marketing OR work experience in a relevant field is required.
    • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    Language:

    • Bilingual (English & Korean) required
