Essential Functions

In collaboration with the marketing team, develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify and stay up to date with industry trends and consumer needs.
Utilize market research findings to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and debt patterns.
Monitor industry related developments and competitor activities.
Collaborate with crossfunctional marketing team to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.

Required Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3 years proven experience in market research or related roles
Energetic and dynamic approach, must be proactive and take initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to analyze data and track performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and outside the box.

Preferred Competencies

Ability to type 35+ words per minute with 90% accuracy
Ability to work methodically in a fast paced, high energy environment

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree
3 years' Research and Marketing experience

Position Type

The position is full time. Office hours are generally Monday through Friday, with varying shifts beginning as early as 7 a.m. and concluding as late as 6 p.m. PST. Though not routine, weekend or overtime hours may be required as needed.

Travel

This position may require mínimal travel.

Other Duties

The Market Research Analyst may be asked to assume other duties not listed in this job description as business needs demand.

Compensation Information:
The range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $100,000 annually. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across the US.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
