Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Full-time

for our headquarters in Stuttgart at the air freight center

You will:

- be the telephone contact person for our customers to resolve issues and inquiries from our parking garages
- initiate measures to resolve issues
- actively participate in maintaining master data
- provide advice to our customers on a shift system (including weekends and holidays)
- benefit from a fixed shift schedule that provides you with 4 weeks of planning security in advance. In addition, you have a vacation entitlement of 30 days per year.


You have:

- good communication skills, ideally also in dealing with difficult situations
- initiative and team spirit as well
