Your working hours as an object manager:


  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible

Your tasks as an object manager:


  • You are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and the agreed cleaning performance in your respective objects.
  • Planning and coordinating personnel deployment as well as ensuring quality are also part of your responsibilities.
  • You maintain communication with customers.
  • Leading, coordinating, and motivating employees are within your area of responsibility.

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed training in building cleaning or housekeeping.
  • Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in this field and/or leadership experience as a section manager.
  • You convince with a wellgroomed appearance and a confident handling of customers.
  • Very good communication skills and negotiation skills are among your strengths.

You have a Class 3/B driver's license.
