Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d)

for our Children, Youth, and Family department.

Job Description:
Pedagogical work in the nursery area for 35 hours/week.

Requirements:

Completed training as an educator, special needs educator, or equivalent qualification
Implementation of an inclusive educational concept in a multicultural setting, embracing diversity as an enrichment
Conceptual development of the open work pedagogical concept with an educational focus
Observation and documentation
Needs and individualityoriented pedagogical approach
Willingness to engage in constructive discussions on scientific and political topics related to the field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as cooperative and resourceoriented work with parents
Flexible working hours within the opening hours of 7:00 am 5:00 pm
