    Job description:

    NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION:
    • 190 work days with salary (prorated due to start date)
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Required minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    • experience with children preferred
    JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Assist the Kindergarten Teacher in providing a well-organized, smoothly functioning class environment
    • Participate in in-service training provide by the school
    • Assists in preparation for classroom activities under the supervision of the Kindergarten Teacher
    • Assist the Kindergarten Teacher with providing individual and small group instruction designed to meet the individual needs of children
    • Assist the Kindergarten teacher with instructional plans and classroom management strateiges
