SolVerus Academy is a faith-based preschool located in Greenville, South Carolina. We are committed to providing a safe and loving place for children to learn and grow.

We are creating a community of creative followers of Christ that encourage and support each other as we fulfill this vital ministry.

Duties

  • Exhibit and communicate the love of Jesus to students, parents, and coworkers
  • Ability to lovingly respond to the needs of children.
  • Ability to accurately track and document children's daily activities
  • Ability to follow plans and notes left by primary teacher
  • Promote a positive relationship with parents through written and oral communication.
  • Maintain student evaluations and records
  • Maintain an orderly and professionally managed classroom
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all DSS and DHEC regulations
  • Maintain continuing education hours as required by DSS
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
  • Attend staff and curriculum meetings
  • Ability to stoop, bend, and lift children

Requirements:


  • Must be over 2
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional childcare experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
  • High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
Nice haves

  • CPR and first aide

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary


Pay:
$ $15.00 per hour

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (required)

License/Certification:
