    Unser STARKER RAHMEN - Das bieten wir dir

    Du übernimmst wesentliche Aufgaben der HR-Administration v.a. in den Bereichen Vertrags- und Dokumentenmanagement in Abstimmung mit den HR Business Partner*innen, interne HR Kommunikation (z.B. Intranet-Auftritt), etc. und bist Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeiter*innen in ganz Österreich.
    Du hast eine Schnittstellenfunktion zur Personalverrechnung und den Fachbereichen.
    Schrittweise übernimmst du die Verantwortung in diversen (Teil-)Projekten der HR wie z.B. unser Praktikant*innen-Programm, evaluierst und verbesserst laufend unsere HR-Prozesse.
    Du bist Teil unseres 9 köpfigen HR-Teams.

    Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse und überzeugst durch deine schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit.

    Dich zeichnet eine hohe Leidenschaft für die HR-Administration aus.

    Für diese Position gilt ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 2.800,- (Basis Vollzeit). Geboten wird zudem eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
