    Description

    DiFilippo is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing passion and purpose to our 120-year-old company. In this role, you will engage with our 2,000 business clients, cultivate new relationships, and lead a small team through these tasks. As you become proficient in our processes, you will progress to the position of Agency Director. This role offers a weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and results
    • Train incoming team members on existing systems
    • Report daily field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail
    • Proven time management skills to meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
    • Function effectively in high-paced and occasionally stressful environments
    • Passion for assisting people and building relationships
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement interest
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background and personal transportation required
    • 45-day evaluation period before advancement
