    Description

    Join Our Team at DiFilippo

    Are you a passionate and purpose-driven leader? DiFilippo is a company with a rich 120-year history of industry leadership. We are looking for someone to join us in servicing our 2,000 business clients, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding our clientele. As you lead a small team through these tasks, you will also be trained to step into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly pay range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new B2B opportunities
    • Supervise team activities and results
    • Train incoming team members on systems
    • Provide daily reports using Salesforce CRM
    • Focus on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills

    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Effective supervision and leadership abilities
    • Capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Passion for relationship-building
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated and community-oriented
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements

    • Valid Driver's License
    • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background and personal transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period before advancement
