In this role, you will be responsible for managing our existing customer base of 2,000 businesses, cultivating new client relationships through referrals and leads, and overseeing a small team to carry out these tasks. As you become proficient in our processes and systems, you will progress to the role of Agency Director, leading and training your team to success.

The position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year. Key responsibilities include servicing existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, supervising team activities, training new team members, reporting field activities using Salesforce, and focusing on recruitment, training, and leadership development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong leadership abilities, the capacity to prioritize tasks, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Sales or customer service experience, a self-motivated mindset, and a commitment to community involvement are essential. Knowledge of CRMs, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
