    Description

    DiFilippo is searching for a dedicated leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear objectives. With over a century of industry experience, we are pioneers in our field.

    In this role, you will learn our client-servicing procedures for both our existing 2,000 business clients and establishing connections to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a small team carrying out these responsibilities.

    You will excel at mentoring your team members, gradually progressing into the role of Agency Director as you master the necessary skills using our established systems and processes. Remuneration for this position is on a weekly basis, with an average ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the current client base efficiently.
    • Explore new business prospects in a B2B context.
    • Supervise team activities and monitor outcomes.
    • Provide guidance and training to incoming team members on the existing protocols.
    • Submit daily reports on field actions utilizing the Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Concentrate daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proven capability in time management, consistently meeting deadlines.


    Exceptional supervisory and leadership competencies.·Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively when necessary.·Aptitude to perform effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful setting.·Enthusiasm for aiding individuals and nurturing relationships.·Superb time management and organizational abilities.·Experience in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.·Involvement in community activities.·Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are obligatory.
    • A clean background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progress can be made.
