- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, ensuring completion of required paperwork while making them feel welcomed and prepared for their new roles.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Plan and execute engaging company events that align with our positive working environment and company culture, fostering employee engagement and team spirit.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale, such as recognition programs and team-building activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend improvements to existing policies and practices.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and leave policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, resolve issues, and help facilitate necessary changes.
- Collaborate with benefits administrators to ensure seamless administration of programs.
- 1-5 years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS software, MS Office suite and Google.
- Leadership experience and strong soft skills.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
