    We are working with a client that has a confidential opportunity to join their team as an Operations Manager. Join their team and enjoy a rewarding career in hospitality

    Salary Range- $50-55k/year plus Bonus and great benefits

    About the role

    • As an operations manager, you will oversee the daily operations of their extended stay hotel, ensuring that guest satisfaction, revenue, and quality standards are met.
    • You will manage a team of front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage staff, providing them with training, coaching, and feedback.
    • You will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, inventory, payroll, and reporting, as well as ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards and local regulations.
    • You will work closely with the general manager and other department heads to achieve the hotel's goals and objectives.

    About you

    • You have at least three years of experience in hotel operations management, preferably in an extended stay or similar property.
    • You have a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • You have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
    • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Hilton OnQ, and other hotel systems.
    • You are flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
    • You are available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
