    Minimum Qualifications
    4+ years of experience in accounting - public accounting, family office or fund experience preferred
    Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
    Strong analytical, problem solving and collaboration skills
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    Effectively communicate, both verbally and in written correspondence
    Strong organizational skills and process orientation
    Ability to manage competing and deadline sensitive priorities with an adaptive mindset
    Prior experience managing ledger in Quickbooks or comparable accounting system preferred
    Job Summary

    As an Accountant with ROCK, you'll be responsible for supporting RV Funds and the Investment Team with a wide range of accounting and finance-related activities.

    You will assist in the monthly accounting close, quarterly financial reporting and investor relations processes for RV Funds. You will also support the Investment Team with ad hoc analysis and treasury-related activities as needed.

    You will use your accounting background to identify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining a strong control environment and accurate records.

    This position is an individual contributor role that reports to the RV Funds CFO.
    Responsibilities
    Complete the monthly financial reporting packages, including the preparation and analysis of the balance sheet and income statement with budget variance narratives
    Responsible for the accuracy of the General Ledger and entity records
    Review and create all journal entries and prepare/post complex adjusting and closing journal entries as necessary to be in compliance with GAAP
    Monitor monthly investment performance, including maintaining schedules detailing key stats including: cost, fair value, distributions and total return
    Maintain support for the annual financial audit and tax returns
    Prepare cash disbursement and cash disbursement requests
    Prepare bank and account reconciliations
    Prepare schedules as necessary for cash flow projections and financial analyses
    Prepare quarterly LP statements
    Assist with administrative activities for on-boarding LPs, calculating distributions, and other investor relations activities
    Ad hoc reporting as needed to support the Investment Team
