- Handle the daily allocation of loans to be financed on various liquidity sources
- Handle the daily reconciliation and validation of loan disbursements within our loan origination system
- Communicate daily with our lenders regarding client wires and account balances, and reconcile with lenders daily
- Reconcile with title agents for any differences of disbursement on loans
- Complete journal entries for warehouse activity in the Workday general ledger
- Monitor and manage the age of loan pipeline, paydowns and payoffs as needed
- Communicate with internal and external clients for loan-related issues, such as rescinds, loans that don't close, returned wires, etc.
- Handle interest expense analysis
- Find ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Provide support for warehouse facility amendments/renewals, including due diligence materials and on-site sessions, data reporting for negotiation purposes, etc.

Job Summary
As a Treasury Operations Analyst, you'll work with our warehouse lenders to send funds to the closing table while completing daily and monthly reconciliations of warehouse lines and bank accounts. You'll also manages incoming/outgoing wires, prepare reports and communicate with internal and external clients regarding loan-related issues.
