    Description

    Customer Service Representative - Product Support Specialist

    Location: Hybrid-3 office (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to internal or external (client) inquiries, complaints, or suggestions regarding the company's services or products.
    • Provide detailed and accurate information about the services, products, or materials offered by the company.
    • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, addressing customer concerns and providing troubleshooting assistance as needed.
    • Manage outgoing mail processes, including label creation for UPS shipments.
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently to organize data, track shipments, and generate reports as necessary.
    • Maintain and update skill matrix databases to ensure accurate tracking of employee competencies and qualifications.
    • Conduct efficient searches to locate relevant information for addressing customer inquiries or resolving issues.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in UPS label creation (Rating: 4/5, Experience: 2+ years)
    • Demonstrated ability in managing outgoing mail processes (Rating: 4/5, Experience: 2+ years)
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and report generation (Rating: 4/5, Experience: 2+ years)
    • Experience in creating and maintaining skill matrix databases (Rating: 3/5, Experience: 1+ year)
    • Strong search capabilities to quickly locate relevant information (Rating: 4/5, Experience: 2+ years)
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment, with a balance of in-office and remote work.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a product support capacity.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software for managing customer interactions.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
