To support this growth, we need an innovative, eager, and determined Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team of professionals and bring a fresh perspective to stand out against competitors.

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Inform customers of deals and sales promotions being offered by our clients that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, resolving all objections and closing a sale as needed.
  • Work extensively with the customer to provide timely solutions, including order entry, order followup, upgrades, order adjustments, etc.
  • Be proactive in obtaining opportunities to drive sales growth by identifying new leads.
  • Obtain confidential payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Develop and maintain a sound knowledge base of the evolving products, sales, and services by attending mandatory client meetings and Zoom webinars.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales Management staff to ensure proper customer service is being delivered, and sales goals are being met.

Requirements/Experience Needed As An Entry Level Customer Service Representative With Our Firm:

  • 1-2 years experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Retail, or Customer-facing role.
  • Experience using relevant sales and customer engagement tactics.
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills with both new and existing customers.
  • Natural drive for success and eagerness to grow a professional career
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in various areas are preferred.
  • The ability to effectively work with customers, fellow peers, and management staff openly and professionally.
  • High energy and displays positive energy in a team dynamic.

Pay:
$40, $47,000.00 per year


Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Work setting:

  • Inperson
