    The Opportunity:

    AOG is looking for a Program Management support for a large division within major government program office. Directly assist the Network Deployment Manager in identifying and tracking network drops on US Navy and MSC ships. Tasking will involve conducting ship checks on a variety of platforms to confirm location, port density, and end points of network drops and reconcile program office documentation with "as installed" information. Collect, complete, organize, and interpret program data or documentation with proper programmatic rigor to ensure division processes and procedures are articulated and in alignment with overall program office processes. Perform information gathering, analysis, and preparation of data call responses and responses to information requests. Assist clients with preparing program level meetings, briefings, or conference and meeting summaries for program wide distribution; analyze data and interact with senior leadership on developing and presenting informational and decisional briefs; ensure alignment of program messages and clear communication to internal and external program stakeholders. Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in program management support to be able to correlate information from a decision-making perspective.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience with program management
    • Experience with DoD processes
    • Ability to interact with a diverse team of military, civilians, and contractors toward a common goal
    • Ability to comprehend technical information quickly and translate it for comprehension at all experience and seniority levels
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of tools specifically MS Excel for data tracking and reconciliation.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Knowledge/experience with Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES)
    • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

    Security Clearance level: Secret clearance

    Location: SD, hybrid

    Salary Range: $80, $120,000.00 doe
