    Configuration Management Specialist

    The Opportunity:

    As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

    On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of configuration management support for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems to support our Naval clients. You'll work with key stakeholders to review technical details and manage all aspects of system configuration management. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like configuration management databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and access databases.

    Work with us and ensure our U.S. Navy customers from Acquisition Program Managers (APMs), Installation Managers, Platform Baseline Managers, and Advance Planners accomplish project goals within budget as we improve C4I systems to support our Naval clients.

    You Have:

    • 5+ years of experience working with Navy programs
    • Experience working with Micro soft Office products
    • Knowledge of PEO C4I, NAVWAR, FRD, NIWC, NAVSEA, or OPNAV organizations
    • Knowledge of the Navy Modernization Process
    • Knowledge of SPAWAR PEO Integrated Database Environment Repository (SPIDER) or Navy Configuration Management Databases
    • Knowledge of Navy Modernization Processes (NMP) or PEO C4I and the NAVWAR Installation Process
    • Knowledge of the Navy modernization and sustainment schedules
    • Secret clearance
    • Bachelor's degree

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
