Description
The Marketing Manager will manage brand marketing initiatives.The ideal candidate is a proven collaborator and project manager – working across functions and levels to create compelling marketing campaigns and drive omni-channel traffic and revenue.
ResponsibilitiesMaintains the marketing content calendar
Works with the Marketing Director to develop brand messaging, product storytelling, and creative content for all marketing channels - paid, owned and earned - including email, SMS, social media, PR, digital media, direct mail and print.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Merchandising, Store Operations, Graphic Design and Photography to support omni-channel marketing campaigns.Manges relationships with outside vendors and agencies for public relations, social media, influencer partnerships, and content development.
Manage and mentor Social Media Coordinator in community management, social media content planning and publishing, and social media analytics.
Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing projects from beginning to end.
Provides creative briefs, estimates, timelines, and status updates.
Ensures that the overall look and feel of creative adheres to brand standards, and that messaging is cohesive across marketing channels.
Partners with the Marketing Director and Manager of Insights & Analytics to analyze campaign results and report on KPIs.Monitor social media industry trends and make recommendations.
Assists the Marketing Director with financial forecasting and planning of the Marketing budget as well as invoice processing.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years of marketing, media or agency experience
Experience using a project management tool (Trello, Asana, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passionate about retail and interior design
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time.
